When for every slight change in flights we had to call each agent on the phone, and then scratch his name from a written list, ahh… the good old days with their clumsy ways…
So, to make everything easier and less clumsy we came up with a brilliant and easy solution that makes the entire process pain and hassle free - Introducing the Peleg built in system for flight changes notification, And it is as simple as clicking a send button.

Here's how it works:
Whenever there's a change in flight details, our system will automatically generate a unique message to each agency that bought from you, that includes all the change details. The operator will be able to send this message with basically 2 clicks. Once to choose the message and once to send it, that's it. As simple as that.
Now how will this operator know that the agent saw the email you ask? Simple, included in the email is a link, once the client/agent gets the email, he is required to click on the link, which will take him to an online page, where he will submit his name, after which it will show up in our system as a message that was read. See easy.
Now what if the agent missed this email or just did not see it? Well then, our system will resend it, for several times, till an answer arrives.
This solution saves our clients a lot of time and lets them focus on their main business.
