During the past year adjustments were made to accommodate the new form of the ticket data file for scheduled flights.
In addition, adjustments were made to receive the ticket file itself with on screen ability to analyze the information.
The received information allows for the finance department to find reservations and make adjustments in cases where the ticket number is not listed in the back-office system, and there's a need to perform searches by other parameters.
Peleg continues to initiate developments designed to streamline the work schedule and create a more favorable environment to operate in.
