Recently we finished developing a feature that will shorten significantly the processing of the client's reservations.

As for today, in order to document the client agreement form, the Agent spending time in preparing a confirmation document containing the terms of the agency and details of the booking, including payment information.
Instead of maximizing the sales, the travel agent focus on the operation of paperwork and updating the reservations. Not to mention the long process of manual work of the operation department.

In order to improve these problems and save time and manpower resources, we developed a model which enables sending to the client SMS message with an access code and e-mail with an encrypted link to a website. This website will grant the access only by typing the code and approving the terms and conditions of the agency. Only then the client will be granted access to the website to see the itinerary of his voyage and the option to pay online.
Each approval that is made by the client is saved and updated in our back-office system, so that the agent can access any time and see the terms that were approved by the client.

This way the travel agents can finish processing the reservations quickly and without wasting manpower and precious time.
