There are number of places that allow this option - Reservation screen, hotels query and packages search.

By using this module the clerk will be able to see the relevant hotel list (regarding the screen he/she located - reservation, searching, etc) and choose the hotels he would like to send info about.

Each recipientwill receive information that will help him to select the best hotel for him and by that to finish the booking process fast.
